The seller bears the medimarket commission and, for payments through Stripe, the actual Stripe processing fees for the buyer’s payment. Both amounts are deducted from the sale proceeds. The exact Stripe fee is only known after the buyer pays. Separate Connect or payout fees are outside these passed-on processing fees. No additional payment surcharge is charged to the buyer for these fees.
For payments through Stripe, the buyer pays the total shown at checkout. The medimarket commission and the actual Stripe processing fees for that buyer payment are deducted from the seller’s sale proceeds. Payout release depends on payment confirmation and the shipping, receipt-confirmation and release conditions applicable to the order.
Bei berechtigten Rückgaben oder Stornierungen wird auch die Provision vollständig erstattet. Sie zahlen nur für tatsächlich abgeschlossene Verkäufe.
